A WOMAN has revealed that she took her toddler to the cheapest aquarium in London.
Tameka Milian explained that she and her son visited the Aquarium at the Horniman Museum, in Forest Hill, South London, for a fun but cheap day out.
So if you are looking for cheap places to take your children this summer, you’ll want to listen up.
Not only did they see lots of beautiful fish in the aquarium, but they also had a look around the museum too.
And to top it off, they even got to see some animals, including alpacas, on an animal walk.
Posting online, where Tameka is known as ‘The Review Mum’, the mother gave a close-up look at her recent day out.
She explained that it is free for toddlers and just £2.50 for children and is definitely worth a visit.
Tameka shared her video on social media with the caption ‘First recommendation of 2023 for families on a budget.
‘This is a free or cheap must visit in London for children.
‘Toddlers will love the animals.’
As she gave further details of her day, she said: “Another place to visit with your children in London.
“It’s free for toddlers and £2.50 for older children.
“It’s based in South London and is a mini aquarium inside of a museum.
“There’s lots of different tanks with loads of under-the-sea creatures, it’s very colourful.
“It’s a lot cheaper than the Sea Life, but it is a lot smaller.
“They also have an animal walk which is really nice.
“We got to see some alpacas and other animals.
“I wouldn’t recommend only travelling for this, as it is quite small, so be sure to check out their free museum and their exhibitions.”
Tameka’s TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @tameka.milian, has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed 88,400 views.
One person said: “How long can you stay there for at the aquarium?” to which Tameka replied “I wasn’t given a time limit but once you leave I don’t think you can go back.”
Whilst another added: “They have a lil farmers market on Sundays.”
