Britain’s Most Expensive Houses viewers slam ‘awful and delusional’ property agents selling ‘hideous’ £25m flat
BRITAIN’s Most Expensive Houses viewers have slammed its property agents for selling a ‘hideous’ £25 million flat.
The Channel 4 property show aired its latest episode on Wednesday night, giving viewers a look at how the other half live.
Fans watched as the agents toured Cadogan Square – one of the most expensive areas to live in London.
A five-bedroom, five-bathroom flat was on the market for a staggering £25 million.
Its interior was unique and similar to a yacht, grabbing attention.
However, when it was listed the property didn’t generate as much interest as the agents hoped for.
Their alternative was to rent the gigantic house for an eye-watering £12,000 per month.
After hearing the proposed monthly income for the home, the owner quipped it would “certainly pay the school fees”.
Fans at home hated the abode and swiped at the property agents too, branding them ‘awful and delusional’.
Taking to social media, one said: “Is it just me or is that 25million place in Cadogan Square feckin hideous?”
A second wrote: “I can’t stand the agents on this programme, awful deluded people. Talking in cliches and pronouncing their Ts like Ds.”
“Maximum cash, zero taste,” said a third viewer.
While a fourth commented: “12k a month to pay the school fees. Where the f*** are they going to school.”
Britain’s Most Expensive Houses is available to stream now on Channel 4.
