B&M shopper reveals secret hack to bag discounted deals which don’t look as though they’ve been marked down on the label
ARE you fed up of hearing about everyone else’s bargain buys, but not lucky enough to snap up a discounted deal for yourself?
While people often say it’s just a case of being in the right place at the right time, one eagle-eyed shopper doesn’t agree – and instead shared her top trick to nabbing the best deals in B&M.
Lauryn Hartnell took to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK and posted a snap of her mega clothing haul she bought in the store’s sale.
Alongside the image, she penned: “£2 pjs B&M – not marked up checked on the app before buying.”
Amongst the pyjamas include football, space and dinosaur-themed prints – perfect for your little ones.
And for anyone eager to know Lauryn’s shopping secret, you’re in luck because she revealed: “The app is the B&M app which has a bar code scanner to check prices in shop as they don’t always mark stuff down.”
The post quickly racked up a whopping 1.1k likes and over 730 comments, with many shoppers all eager to rush down to their local branch to nab a bargain for themselves.
“Great bargain if any of you need pyjamas,” wrote one.
A second tagged a friend and enthused: “There’s a shop to add to our list tomorrow!”

And a further chimed in: “I got all 5/6 little ones 5 sets each I thought it was amazing deal as mine wear short and top sets threw the winter as well.”
It’s not the first time shoppers have been racing to their nearest B&M store in recent weeks, either.
Fabulous previously told how gardening fans were running to nab bargains that’ll instantly transform your outside space – with prices starting from 50p.
Lisa Taylor shared her monster haul online, with her discounted goods including two ladybird pot hangers and a honeybee pot hanger.
They’d be slashed in price from £3 to just £1, while three plant pots had been discounted from £6 to just 50p each.
She also nabbed a 6m artificial decorative eucalyptus garland which had been reduced even further from £1.50 to 50p, and a set of blue geometric print cushions reduced from £8 to £2.
