Celebs Go Dating in brutal shake-up as stars face awkward showdown with their ex-dates
CELEBS Go Dating stars will hear some home truths tonight as the cast face an awkward showdown with their dates on the E4 series.
The squirming celebs will be forced to listen to “feedback” from the members of the public who were mocked and abandoned on their televised dates.
Vanessa Feltz and Lottie Moss are set for a thrashing after they stormed out on their dates – and the men finally have their say.
In a teaser for tonight’s episode, fishmonger Richard tells Vanessa that their time together was like “pulling teeth”.
Meanwhile, Lottie groans: “Get me out of here” after she swore at and stormed out of a restaurant the other night.
And Chloe Burrows screams across the room at her date: “You’re lying!”
TalkTV star Vanessa struggled to find a connection with Richard and was left so frustrated that she quit their dinner early and demanded an apology from producers.
As Richard opened up about his love of football, Vanessa started scrolling on her phone at the dinner table.
She admitted to viewers: “I’ve completely glazed over. I’m thinking ‘have I defrosted the freezer’, ‘should I get round to lagging the loft’, and ‘how soon can I go to bed?'”
Back on the date, Vanessa told Richard she’s looking for someone “exciting and dynamic”.
Despite appearing to know how she felt already, he replied: “Do I fit that category?”
Vanessa then announced she was leaving – despite only being halfway through her dinner.
Outside she ranted on camera: “There was no spark whatsoever.
“I don’t think we had anything in common at all.
“Nothing, nothing, nothing. Zero, ziltch…”
Celebs Go Dating airs on E4 Sundays to Thursdays over four weeks.
