Luxury cars including Aston Martin and Mercedes that are worth hundreds of thousands damaged in transporter crash
FLASHY sports cars including a Mercedes-Benz and an Aston Martin were ruined after a car transporter flipped on the road.
A car transporter carrying flashy cars was driving on a motorway near Farningham, Kent before crashing.
Cars onboard included an Aston Martin, an Alfa Romeo and a Mercedes-Benz, as well as a BMW and an Audi, Kent Online reported.
The damaged cars are believed to be worth thousands of pounds.
Nothing less than £40,000 will get you a brand new Alfa Romeo Tonale.
And a high-end Aston Martin can be worth more than £750,000.
Police were called to the incident around 8pm on Wednesday night on an A-road in Kent.
A minor injury was reported by the transporter’s driver.
The road was blocked off while the vehicles were recovered.
The road has re-opened since the toppling.
Some users on the social media platform X sympathised with the driver.
“A terrible day at work, good god,” one said.
Others commented on the “expensive” cost of the crash.
But one road in the UK has been singled out for being especially dangerous.
Shocking pictures revealed how a road in North Staffordshire has become the ‘UK’s most dangerous road’.
The man who released the images said that he has seen 20 car crashes in the last year.
A TikTok in May also showed how a Lamborghini Aventador driver crashed his £500,000 car in Central London – at 4 in the morning.
