I got kicked out of the mall for my outfit when it was 86 degrees – I’m being punished for having big boobs
A MODEL has told how stunned she was after getting kicked out of a mall for her outfit.
She felt that her outfit was perfectly appropriate for the hot weather and she was treated unfairly because of her body.
Jaiane Lima (@jaianelimma), an influencer and Instagram model with over 400,000 followers, visited a mall in Santa Catarina, Brazil with a friend to take photos for her social media.
The 86-degree heat that day influenced her decision to wear a long-sleeve white top, beige skirt, and knee-high socks.
The influencer explained that she felt the outfit would have been seen as unoffensive on other bodies, but not hers because her “breasts are big and stand out.”
While recording videos and taking photos at the mall escalator, Jaiane claimed a 6’6″ security guard arrived at the scene, yelled at her, and kicked her out.
Jaiane claimed she was confused at the unwarranted attention because she felt she had done nothing wrong.
“The whole mall was looking at me and it seemed like I robbed a store or committed some kind of crime,” she said.
“The security guard’s words were, as follows, ‘As soon as you arrived in those clothes, I was watching you,'” she added.
The model was escorted by three security guards to a back room, at which point she began filming out of fear for her safety.
“I was very scared, I could only think the worst — when I got there he forced me to delete all the videos from my phone,” she said.
Jaiane felt that the behavior of the guards was unwarranted and believed it was wrong of them to have kicked her out.
“I didn’t film any storefronts or anything that breaks the law, nor did I deserve to be humiliated in front of everyone,” she said.
“It is very sad to see how we women suffer. For people to respect women they need to understand that they can be whatever they want.
“Whether she’s a housewife or wearing something revealing, we all deserve respect.”
