EastEnders sex symbol Bobby Brazier given strict warning about Strictly ladies ahead of his debut on show
THE bookies’ frontrunner to win this year’s Strictly is also a favourite with the ladies.
But I can reveal EastEnders actor Bobby Brazier — son of the late Jade Goody — has been warned by friends and family not to be distracted by women on the show.
Bobby Brazier’s friends and family worry women could be a distraction for him on Strictly Come Dancing[/caption]The 6ft 2in star is likely to be paired with stunning Nadiya Bychkova on the BBC One dance contest because at 5ft 8in she is the tallest female professional.
A source close to Bobby said: “He is a very determined young man with a naturally competitive spirit — both qualities which he’ll need to progress on Strictly.
“But he has to remain focused because, as Strictly has proved in the past, it’s very easy for competitors to have their head turned.
“His nearest and dearest just don’t want to see him unintentionally waste the chance of a lifetime by temptations on the show.”
Bobby, whose dad is TV presenter Jeff Brazier, has been a real hit with younger viewers since he arrived in Albert Square last year.
His good looks, which previously led to modelling jobs for fashion brands including Dolce & Gabbana, have helped.
But viewers have also been impressed with his acting skills in the role of Little Mo’s son Freddie Slater, who has been in gripping storylines including an ADHD diagnosis and finding out the true identity of his dad.
For this he has been longlisted for Rising Star at this year’s National Television Awards on Tuesday.
Bobby already seems to have had his head turned by fellow celebrities on the soap.
They include his EastEnders co-star Danielle Harold, who played Lola in the show.
He was seen cosying up to her at last year’s National Television Awards.
Let’s just hope the moves he makes during Strictly are only on the dancefloor.
Anton: My shirt wedgies
ANTON Du Beke says wearing shirts with built-in pants are the key to his “magnificent torso”.
But the Strictly pro dancer turned judge admitted the fashion tip might make your eyes water.

“You have to get them made specially so they have pants in them, so you have to step into your shirt.
“But if you shoot up your arm, it don’t half give you a wedgie.”
Wedding bells
PEOPLE usually have a ball at weddings.
But hosts Fred Sirieix and Sara Davies got a little carried away in a mishap as they filmed their BBC2 show Ultimate Wedding Planner.
Fred said: “We were doing this piece to camera and [Sara] just punched me in the balls – really, really hard.”
Ellie full tilt
THE Strictly Come Dancing competitors have hit the dance floor for the first time.
And if their current best moves are anything to go by, they’ve got their work cut out.

Ellie said: “I call my signature move the worm. Bobby Brazier calls it the caterpillar.”
Strictly returns to BBC One on September 23.
