Xbox and Switch owners rush to buy ‘ultimate souls game’ worth £25 landing in baskets for only £2.50

GAMERS with an Xbox or Nintendo Switch are grabbing a bargain buy before it ends next week.

The title would normally cost you £25 but at the moment you can get a massive 90 per cent off.

So the final price you’ll pay is only £2.49.

The game is Mortal Shell.

Many fans have likened the action role-player to Dark Souls.

“I hate to compare this game to the Souls games, because I don’t want to rob it of any merit it has in it’s own right, but the comparisons really sell the game I think,” one player wrote on Google.

“Above everything, Mortal shell really captures the feel of playing a Souls game.”

The Enhanced Edition is a remastered version released in 2021 on PS5 and Xbox Series X.

A Complete Edition port with all DLC content for Nintendo Switch followed in December 2022.

The Xbox Enhanced Edition deal runs until Monday next week from the Xbox Store.

Meanwhile Switch owners get a little bit longer, until Wednesday, for the Complete Edition, from the Nintendo eShop.

It’s worth noting that PlayStation owners don’t have to miss out either.

Instead of buying it for £2.50, the game is included as part of PlayStation Plus Extra at the moment.

So if you’re a subscriber, get it while you can.
