A SAVVY mum has revealed how you can save money on TV bills this upcoming autumn, as Disney+ is set to increase their subscription.

Disney+ is just one of the latest streaming services to increase its pricing and as of November 1, millions of fans across the UK will see their bills automatically be bumped up to an eye-watering £10.99.

According to the popular service, there will still be a £7.99 standard tier, however, viewers will get less for their money – only two concurrent streams per account and 1080p video quality.

Luckily, here to help is Gemma Bird, better known to her fans as @moneymumofficial, who explained how you can avoid the price hike.

Taking to TikTok, the savvy parent shared two easy ways you can save cash when watching TV – and they take just seconds.

”They gonna automatically out everybody onto a premium price of £10.99 a month.

”However, if you’re happy to have adverts, prices will then start from £4.99 a month,” she said in her video.

Another option, Gemma told her 78k followers on the platform, is opting for the yearly package a few days before the start of November.

The current rate for this is £79.90, meaning you’ve locked in the subscription at a cheaper price.

She went on to add in the caption: ”Also until the 20th this month they have 3 month offer £1.99 a month.

”Then goes straight onto the new higher plan.”

There is also a third simple tip to be aware of – O2 lets you to subscribe to Disney+ through your mobile bill and this takes £2 off your overall bill.
