Woman shares stark warning about snogging men with stubble and the consequences are not for the faint-hearted
WE all go weak at the knees for a guy with stubble, but there’s a consequence that comes with that.
And one woman who goes by Maliboo on social media has learnt the hard way from smooching guys with facial hair.
The 22-year-old may have spent too much time snogging one of these kinds of men, and the results are not for the faint-hearted.
“Making out with stubbled men and having to pay the consequences,” she wrote.
In the clip, she looked into the camera, everything seemed normal until she showed off her chin.
Her chin was red raw and had puss oozing out all because of stubble rash.
The condition known as beard burn is caused by the hair creating friction on the skin.
Beard burn is a type of irritant contact dermatitis. This mostly appears as an inflamed, dry, itchy patch of skin.
If it is severe, beard burn can cause a rash that can become swollen and painful reports Medical News Today.
It seems that Maliboo was now put off snogging men with facial hair, and we don’t blame her after seeing how painful her chin looked.
“Abolish stubble my chin can’t take it anymore,” she captioned the video.
The video posted to her account @mmmaaaaallllll quickly went viral with over 1.8million views and 190k likes.
And it seems that many women have experienced the same problem and took to the comments to share their stories.
One person wrote: “I keep impetigo cream on hand from the amount of times this has happened to me.”
Another commented: “I literally told my bf to either grow out a beard or shave every day because I was getting beard burn so bad!”
“How have I been getting beard burn ON MY NOSE,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Beard rash is the worst, makes me feel like a lizard.”
“The stubble looks great but at what cost,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “No because this isn’t talked about enough.”
“Someone needs to speak on this subject and I will be brave,” Maliboo replied.
