School run mum reveals her ‘picking the kids up’ outfit – and stunned people point out she’s not wearing any trousers
FOR most mums, school-run attire is whatever comfy leggings and jumper they can manage to pull on while cajoling the little ones out the house.
But for one millennial mum-of-four, the impetus is always on making sure her outfits are as fashionable as possible – and she doesn’t care what jealous trolls have to say about it.
Beth Bartram has racked up 205k followers with her TikTok videos showing off her stunning wardrobe.
In a recent clip, she shared a rather daring outfit with the caption: “POV: you’re a millennial mum-of-four, but refuse to dress like one this autumn.”
The fashionista opted for a chunky cream knitted jumper that left plenty of legs exposed, pairing it with a super cute socks and Uggs combo.
She accessorised with a chunky black belt, chic studded grey-wash jacket, grey-suede handbag and huge tortoise-shell sunnies.
But while the clip racked up thousands of likes, some commenters started poking fun at the mum’s attire.
“I’d look like I’ve forgotten my trousers…” one wrote.
“Get tight on those legs,” another wrote.
“What’s wrong with looking like a mum?” a third added.
But an unperturbed Beth clearly doesn’t care what the haters have to say – and instead opts to taunt them with even more of her uber-glam looks.
In another video, the stunning mum once again showed off her pins in a cute denim skirt, which she opted to pair with a baggy Eagles sweater and her signature sunnies.
She’s also shared snaps of herself in a revealing skin-tight playsuit, a gorgeous boho outfit with knee-high boots and a fedora, and a drastic floor-length pastel gown.
According to Beth, her daring sartorial choices are simply a way to keep her own identity away from just being a mom.
She captioned one clip with the uplifting reminder that: “If you’re feeling frumpy and fed-up since becoming a mum, I want you to remember that internalised misogyny makes us feel like we can’t be cute, sexy, dress or act a certain way after we have babies.
“I’m here to remind you that you are and can still be cute AF as a thirty or forty something mum.”
