Taking to her social media page, she published a video to 253k followers.
Tiffany said: “I’m currently building my own tiny house.
“The thing that saved me the most money was building my house around the window.”
She explained how she did not realise how “expensive” windows were until she started looking for them.
Pointing at her windows, she says: “I wanted a lot of sunlight, so there were a lot of windows here, and this is just the front.
“We have two windows; a back door and a front door.
“If I had drawn my blueprints and then made the windows fit the blueprints, I probably would have spent at least $3,000 (£2,400).
“Then I went to Facebook Marketplace and I found this guy who sells old windows and leftovers from like big houses that they’re building around here.
“He charged me about $600 (£484) for like seven windows number two.
“Obviously to build a house you need tools, I can’t afford to buy all of those tools.
“I would borrow them.
“This is our flooring, obviously I got a little lucky here because we do own a flooring store.
“However I only had two boxes left and we would probably need about three or four more, hopefully.
“My boyfriend works in flooring too so he had a few leftover boxes and we just kind of made do with what we have.
“Now my cabinets. I got a little creative, I found a cabinetry store and obviously when they go to replace people’s cabinets.
“They rip out the old ones which are here.

“Instead of throwing all of these really good cabinets out, they usually just sell them for really cheap and that’s where I got most of my kitchen cabinets.
“Lastly, Facebook Marketplace and yard sales are your best place to go.
“For example there’s this lady that buys wholesale for all of the returns from Lowe’s and Home Depot and this is all of the stuff that she has.
“All of this she has a really good selection, plus the sliding glass door that I got for free all I had to do is paint it from Facebook marketplace.”
The video was liked by many, and some rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts.
One wrote: “You’re very resourceful, and savings are the best way to maximise your build..very smart move.”
Another added: “Love your home.”
Tiffany also revealed how she managed to install a wardrobe in her tiny house.
