AN age-defying woman has left many amazed after revealing her secrets to remaining youthful in her fifties. 

Tracy Steen (@tracysteen) explained that she has four golden rules that she follows to stay fit and healthy which aren’t the same as when she was younger.

The personal trainer boasts over 227,000 followers on TikTok where she shares wellness, nutrition, and fitness tips.

She donned a black sports bra and pink leggings as she took to the social media platform to recommend four important habits.

She said: “Here’s what I’m doing differently in my fifties than I did in my forties, thirties, and twenties to stay fit and healthy.

“I’m definitely moving my body daily and I’m prioritizing resistance training which is crucial as we age. 

“I’m adding in cardiovascular workouts as well plus my daily walks to get morning light in my eyes.”

Tracy showed a full-body workout with dumbbells which included single-arm dumbbell rows, chest presses, and hip thrusts. 

She continued: “I’m also focused on good nutrition that prioritizes plants, fiber, and protein.

“Next I’m adding in my daily AG1 supplement.

“Whether I’m traveling or I’m at home, AG1 just gives me this boost in mental energy and clarity.

“It also stimulates my digestion and supports my gut health. 

“I think that’s so important.”

She ate a bowl of Greek yogurt topped with berries and granola, before drinking a greens powder from AG1. 

AG1 is a combination of 75 vitamins and minerals, which is taken daily with 250ml water.

Tracy then spoke about the importance of rest to allow her body time to recover from her intense workouts.

She said: “I’m obsessed with getting a good night’s sleep so I make this a big priority.

“It’s the foundation of everything else. 

“Finally I like to spend time doing daily self-care activities as well.”

She racked up over 400 likes after the post went viral with over 15,000 views.

One person wrote: “I do cardio daily and weight training 3 times a week. How do I see the definition? I don’t want to get bigger just lean with definition.”
