EastEnders’ Shana Swash looks very different 17yrs after the soap as she prepares to give birth to first child
EASTENDERS Shana Swash look very different 17 years after finding fame on the BBC One soap as she prepares to give birth to her first child.
The actress – who played Demi Miller on the BBC One soap from 2004 to 2006 – announced in June she was pregnant with partner Nick.
Shana – who’s real life brother is TV favourite and I’m A Celeb star Joe Swash – showed off her huge baby bump in a purple midi dress last month while holidaying in Greece.
The former soap star looked radiant as she cradled her stomach on a night out in Kefalonia.
Her famous I’m A Celeb star brother, who is married to Loose Women panellist Stacey Solomon, was quick to comment.
He gushed: “Omg you look amazing.”
Her other sister Caisie also penned: “Aww my beautiful pregnant sister.”
Shana looked worlds away from her teenage character Demi, with another follower writing: “Blooming & Beautiful.”
Nick and Shana have been together since 2016 and got engaged in August 2021.
The actress made her first appearance on the BBC soap in 2004 as her brother’s on-screen sister.
Her alter-ego was involved in a number of gripping storylines including a teenage pregnancy.
She decided to leave the Square with mum Rosie and daughter Alesha for a better life in 2006.
Since her stint on EastEnders, Shana has appeared in Doctors, After You’ve Gone and River City.
However her most recent income has come from her new business Swash & Jones coffee co. that she set up with Nick.
Their coffee shop is based in Barnard Park in Islington, London.
