I’m a 70-something who loves strutting my stuff in swimwear – people say my figure puts women 30 years younger to shame
SHE’S 76 years young.
But that won’t stop Candace wearing exactly what she wants.
In fact, she’s got a whole “pro-ageing” TikTok page, in which she shares her tips and tricks for ageing with style.
She recently shared a video of herself on holiday in Key Largo, Florida, in which she strutted her stuff in a sleek, black swimsuit.
Within minutes of posting the clip, viewers had flocked to the comments section to have their say, with many praising Candace’s incredible figure.
“70’s!!! no way! you look absolutely fantastic lady,” one wrote.
“Wow, you look better in a bathing suit than most 30 year olds!!” another praised.
“If you still look that good and FEEL THAT wear what you want,” a third commented.
“I want to be you when I grow up!” someone else gushed.
As another wrote: “You look Amazing !! And that is an understatement!”
While someone else praised Candace as “beautiful and classy inside and out”.
In another video on TikTok, Candace proved once again that she’s not taking any notice of fashion “rules” for women her age.
As she sported a black sleeveless turtleneck and flowing black skirt, she wrote over the top: “I’m 76 and love showing off my arms”.
“Ageing is a privilege, lets embrace it!” she added in the caption.
“You are looking soooo gooood! WOW,” one person praised in the comments.
As another added: “I wanna serve looks like this when I get to your age!”
“Classic beauty,” a third praised.
“I wish more women today took the same care with their appearance.
“Now it is all leggings and sweatshirts.”
Someone else asked Candace if she works out, and the 76-year-old has said she swears by a regular yoga regime.
In the comments on a video of Candace demonstrating her morning yoga routine, one person wrote: “You are so inspiring!
“I am 44, and have been following a few older women on social media to provide me with examples of graceful and healthy ageing.”
“You are an inspiration,” another praised.
While someone else insisted she’s “goals”.
