I’m a celebrity makeup artist – Target beauty products I actually buy, I’ve used a $7 eyeshadow on the red carpet
A CELEBRITY makeup expert has revealed that she uses budget beauty products to achieve her red carpet looks.
Courtney Hart (@courtneyhartmakeup) is known for enhancing the stunning features of stars including Hilary Duff, Kristen Bell, and Briana Cuoco.
She has garnered over 422,00 followers on TikTok, where she shares skincare advice and tips for embracing the latest beauty trends.
She took to the social media platform to reveal the must-have products that she stocks up on when she shops at Target.
Courtney said: “Let’s get some of my favorite things that I actually use.
“Real Techniques brushes are so impressive. I love them and I’ve used them for years.”
She admitted that she was tempted to buy the brand’s new Insta Artist brush set for $29.99 but had to stop herself.
Real Techniques weren’t the only makeup brushes that received her seal of approval as she wandered around the store.
She said: “L’Oreal True Match foundation, this is for me not for my kit.
“Sonia brushes, I mean look at them they are gorgeous.”
The L’Oreal foundation costs just $9.99, while Sonia Kashuk’s essential brush collection is $25.
Having revealed her pick of face products, Courtney recommended eye makeup essentials.
She picked up an eyeshadow that she hadn’t tried before as she gushed over a recent celebrity look that she did.
She said: “ColourPop is now at Target and these eyeshadows are bananas.
“I used them on a red carpet the other night and they looked so beautiful.
“I think I might want this one let me look. I feel like it’s hard to see the color but it’s got like blue flakes in it and it’s real pretty.”
ColourPop Super Shock eyeshadows are available in numerous colors for just $7.
Venting about the number of sold-out items, Courtney continued: “They are out of so much.
“I’m so sad but I get it, it is ColourPop.
“This Target also has Volta, I don’t even understand what’s happening.
“This is too much for me, I’m a little overwhelmed.
“Makeup makes me so happy but I also get really overstimulated so I’m just gonna stop.”
She captioned the post: “Target beauty section was always good but THIS is out of control.
“Calm down, Target! @Target kidding love you.”
She included the hashtags #targetmusthaves and #targetbeauty.
The post received over 4,000 likes as people took to the comment section agreeing that the makeup brushes are good.
