Charlotte Dawson hits back at mum-shamers as she shares adorable snaps of baby Jude
CHARLOTTE Dawson has hit back at mum-shamers after they criticised her aborable snaps of baby Jude.
The 30 year-old wasted no time putting the haters straight after she shared a snap of her two month-old posing on what looked like a shelf.
She captioned the series of shots, which also featured her eldest son Noah, two: “There really is something special in a mother & sons bond.. I always thought I’d be a girl mum but no I’m a boy mum & I love it…love these special pictures done by @babyartstudios.”
But one frame that showed Jude appearing to sit on a shelf, alongside two photos of Charlotte as a little girl with her late comic dad Les, sparked criticism.
One wrote: “Please take Jude off the shelf- my anxiety is through the roof.”
“Omg who the hell would put a baby on a shelf,” added a second.
But Charlotte hit back, explaining that the snap was simply an illusion.
She shared a series of laughing emojis, followed by the response: “It was on the floor so you really think I’d leave my baby on a shelf.”
But another troll wasn’t having any of it, snapping back: “You literally allow your 2 year old to travel in a car without a car seat so yeah very possibly!”
Charlotte’s legion of fans were quick to jump to her defence, however.
“I pity you,” one follower said to the troll.
A second added: “That’s quite possibly the thickest, most moronic comment I think I’ve read! What an absolute waste of air!! If you can’t say anything nice then say nothing and scroll past!!!!”
And a third chipped in: “Are you actually serious???”
Charlotte has had quite the ordeal with mum-shamers in recent years.
A troll even went as far as reporting her to social services, causing Charlotte to break down in tears in a candid social media post.
Charlotte was left “depressed” after getting another call off social services recently, after a vile follower claimed she had been giving her son Noah alcohol, and showing him naked on Instagram.
