Kerry Katona opens up about terrifying health issue warning fans ‘I need help’
KERRY Katona has opened up on a terrifying health issue as she warned fans ‘I need help’.
The former Atomic Kitten star, 43, has revealed she has been suffering panic attacks this week.
Kerry told fans she’s been the doctor for a professional opinion.
Writing in her OK! Magazine column, the star said: “I’ve not been feeling great this week – I’ve been having a lot of panic attacks.
“I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve had them before but not like this.
“I feel like I can’t breathe and then I have this emotional breakdown.”
Kerry added that the doctor advised it could be PTSD-related and something from her past may be triggering it.
She continued: “I went to the doctor and they think it could be PTSD related to something in my past.
“My CBD gummies and oil has been helping with the panic attacks a lot, but I’m going to go to therapy for it because, while I’m a strong person, I’m not ashamed to ask for help.
“No one should be and that’s why I’d rather speak out about it. I think we all forget to focus on ourselves sometimes and we really need to.”
Meanwhile, over the weekend Kerry took to her Instagram page to show the marks on her chin as she underwent a face lift procedure – before confessing she was “blown away” by the results.
