A FITNESS pro has revealed how she was able to lose 42 pounds while eating potatoes the whole time.
She said her daily breakfast recipe was so easy to make and delicious.
TikToker Lidia Inestroza (@lidia_inestroza) said in her video that keeping things easy is what leads to success.
“One thing that has helped my fitness journey is keeping it simple and sticking to the same meals,” she wrote.
Lidia said she used a potato-centered breakfast during her third weight loss journey.
She diced about four baby gold potatoes, seasoned them with paprika, salt and garlic powder.
Then she poured a drizzle of avocado oil on top and mixed it together.
The potatoes went into the air fryer, where they cooked for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
To finish the meal, Lidia fried two eggs for protein and some strawberries for fiber.
People in the comments section loved the TikToker’s breakfast inspiration.
“I’m so happy to see potatoes. I feel so validated watching your video. I can’t give those up,” a follower wrote.
“I have [eaten] potatoes since the beginning of my weight loss journey. I will continue to eat them,” Lidia responded.
