A FOOD influencer has shared an easy, healthy, and delicious Greek lunch that helps keep her on track.
The content creator, who has lost 50 pounds, said that she’s able to lose weight and still eat things she enjoys.
MaKayla (@makayla_thomas_fit) shared the video with over 1.5million TikTok followers.
“A meal that helped me stay consistent on my 50-pound weight loss,” she said.
She started off with any kind of cooked chicken meat, noting that rotisserie worked especially well for the recipe.
She added four ounces of the protein into her meal prep tupperware, then added some naan dippers and pico.
Last but not least, she finished off the prep with a mindful amount of pasta salad and tzatziki dip.
The best part of the meal, she said, was the assembly, as she layered the dip, pico, and chicken on top of the naan for a mini gyro.
“A balanced girl lunch you’ll actually WANT to eat, wait for the end!!” she said.

MaKayla admitted that her food journey had been a long one: “Took me my entire life to figure out I could actually eat things I enjoyed, just balanced,” she replied.
