A FITNESS fanatic has shared the brownie recipe she enjoyed while on her weight loss journey.
The TikToker, who lost 50 pounds, demonstrated how to make the gluten-free sweet treats for her followers.
In her video, Gen (@gensgym) explained that the dessert recipe is “amazing for meal prep” and don’t require cooking.
She revealed to her viewers that she lost 50 pounds since she began her diet and fitness journey.
For her first step, Gen recommended combining three-quarters of a cup of almond flour, a quarter cup of almond butter, and a tablespoon and a half of honey.
She also added a tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk and two tablespoons of cocoa powder to the bowl.
For an extra chocolatey taste, Gen used two tablespoons of dark chocolate chips in the recipe.
After mixing together all the ingredients, Gen rolled the mixture into nine balls.
“Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes before enjoying,” she advised her followers.
Gen showed off her toned midriff in a purple workout set as she made her sweet snacks.
She regularly posts content inspiring her others on their own health journeys.
