Married At First Sight fans spot top couple have ‘already split’ after giveaway clue is revealed
EAGLED-EYED Married At First Sight fans are convinced Brad Skelly and Shona Manderson have split, after spotting a giveaway clue.
The pair have had a bumpy week on the E4 show, with fans branded tattooed model Brad a ‘bully’ and claiming he was ‘controlling’ his wife.
While the pair are still together on screen, both choosing to ‘stay’ during Wednesday night’s Commitment Ceremony, the show’s sleuthing fans have spotted that the pair are no longer following each other on instagram.
It’s a telltale sign that the couple have not lasted the distance.
On top of that, Shona has uploaded several telling updates on social media since this week’s episodes have aired, all which hint she is no longer with Brad.
“I was completely infatuated in that relationship, I got lost and in trying to defend us as a couple, I was silenced,” she wrote. “I don’t even remember that happening.”
While she teased that she has a “very, very, happy ending” it seems like this will not be with Brad, as she added: “Never again will I put up with this behaviour.”
In a further post tonight (September 5), she wrote: “I’m choosing to focus on the lessons I’ve learnt from my journey on MAFS and turning this into a positive life lesson.
She continued: “In these sorts of conversations which we had where I felt I was being completely patronised and belittled I have learnt and I am always still learning that I am beautiful the way I am, I don’t need to change for anyone and I’ll never let somebody make me feel inadequate to them if it’s intentional or not.”
It comes after Brad was slammed by viewers for telling Shona to “shut up” during the dinner party.
And during the confessions week challenge, he told her she was not as “mature” as him, blaming this on her not being a parent.
Brad has since blamed the edit of the show and reminded fans they are not seeing the full story.
Brad claimed the edit did not show the full story.
He shared a picture of himself in bed covering his face, with the caption: “That edit was difficult to watch.”
The reality star also added: “Always remember you are only seeing snippets for drama. Try not to have an emotional resilience to a person you have never sat down and had a conversation with physically.”
