I’m a mom-of-four – trolls say my stomach puts them off having children but I love my stretch marks
A MOTHER has shared her love for her postpartum body after being criticized by trolls.
The TikToker, who has four children, showed off her stretch marks with pride.
In her video, Nisha (@mama3xxx) responded to a judgemental comment from a viewer.
The person pointed out the stretch marks on Nisha’s stomach and shared her relief that she didn’t have any of her own.
“Her stomach, I had two babies, thank God I don’t have stretch marks,” the woman wrote.
Replying to the rude remark, Nisha told viewers: “I love my stretch marks.”
She explained to her followers: “They are a symbol of growth and of my children.”
Nisha described stretch marks as “beautiful and natural” features of the body.
She also pointed out that “many [people] would love to have tiger stripes”
The young mother explained that stretch marks occur regularly, even on people who haven’t had children.
Nisha showed her audience one of her children holding her stomach before kissing and hugging her stretch marks.
“My tummy was a home to four of my children and they love it,” she said.
The young mother uses her TikTok as a platform for spreading her body-positive message.
TikTok users took to the comments section to share their experiences with stretch marks.
“Sometimes I look at my tummy because I miss how my body looked before and my daughter will come and kiss my tummy,” wrote one viewer.
Another follower said: “You’re so confident, so inspirational to mothers. I have stretch marks like this and I get scared to show my body.”
“They’re your baby’s first art project, and my God they’re beautiful,” commented a third person.
