A GLAMOROUS mom is trying to ease everyone’s fear of aging by revealing what she enjoys most about being in her late 50s.
Despite time being beyond our control many of us are guilty of worrying about how our lives will change as we get older.
SusieQ (@sueover50) has garnered over 145,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares her travels around the world and grueling exercise regimen.
She took to the social media platform to encourage others to embrace aging.
The text over the video read: “1965, 137 pounds, fit mom, 57.”
The mom looked stylish wearing a plunging white crop top and matching pants.
She flexed her biceps confidently and was all smiles as she flaunted her enviable physique in her home.
She said: “You don’t need to fear aging, it’s actually pretty dope.
“You’ll be smarter, wiser, richer definitely.”
Over 8,000 people watched the video and hundreds liked it, as many took to the comment section gushing over her youthful appearance.
One person wrote: “You are absolutely stunning and so fit. Very inspirational for older women.”
Another commented: “You look amazing and I’m loving the outfit.”
The post came after SusieQ revealed that she lifts weights five days a week, followed by 10 minutes of high-intensity interval training.
She said that feeling strong is more satisfying than having followers, a boyfriend, or wearing makeup.
She gave a glimpse into an intense upper body workout in a video filmed at her local gym.
SusieQ looked extremely focused as she held dumbbells in each hand and braided her hair to keep it out of the way.
She worked up a sweat while looking in the mirror to ensure that her form was correct.
