Rylan Clark to host ‘funny and chaotic’ new reality show with party animals in Zante
RYLAN Clark is to host a new reality series called Hot Mess Summer.
The six-parter will see eight contestants thinking they are off to have fun in Zante — not knowing they have been nominated by pals sick of their antics on nights out.
On the Greek island they will then be challenged to run a bar.
Their tasks will include mixing cocktails and cleaning toilets.
Rylan, 34, said: “It’s going to be funny, entertaining, chaotic.
“Hopefully, the contestants are going to take away real-life lessons as they go from being the party animal to having instrumental roles in running a successful bar.
“All I’ll say is that it’s not as easy as it sounds.”
Tom O’Brien, of production company Naked, which also makes The Apprentice, added: “Hot Mess Summer is a wild, totally unfiltered, heart-warming summer success story, with an unforgettable cast.”
It also said that viewers could expect “an epic rug-pull reveal”.
It will land on Amazon Prime Video next year.
Rylan first found fame on reality show The X Factor.
