I’m a chick who lifts – people lost their minds over my gym outfit but it didn’t stop me repeating it
A GYM rat said her workout fit left some people with their eyes peeled open.
She ignored the haters, rocking the look again while proving she can lift heavier weights than most.
South-Carolina-based fitness fanatic Chelsea (@chickwholifts) is proud of her strength and skill in the gym.
“Yes, I can squat you. No, I’m not going to,” she wrote in her bio, proving she isn’t one to do what other people want.
That mentality extends to the way she dresses too.
“People lost their minds last time I posted a video in skin-colored leggings,” she revealed in one clip, adding that they were “making rude comments” about her looks.
To prove that she doesn’t care what the critics say, she rocked the same leggings again with a fitted black T-shirt.
The pants’ pale hue, as well as their thin material that outlined the texture of her buxom backside and thighs, made many viewers do a double take.
The dedicated strength trainer proceeded to deadlift a huge barbell that consisted of 255 pounds of steel, plus 60 pounds of chains.
Hoping others would treat her with more respect than before, she wrote: “Let’s try kindness or silence this time.”
Luckily, she got what she wanted.
“You’re looking [fire] in those leggings. Nice deadlift too,” one person applauded.
“Love your energy,” noted another.
And a third suggested they admired her hard work, simply writing: “Respect.”
