Inside UK’s most luxurious caravan dubbed ‘The Funbus’ with king-sized master bed & leather seats which YOU can drive
THE luxurious caravan dubbed “The Funbus” has a king-sized master bed, leather seats, and can even be driven.
Jonathan took to Camplify to show off his 2006 Itasca Suncruiser 38 which he calls the perfect “home away from home”.
The huge bronze motorhome, located in Wakefield, leaves guests stunned at its glamorous interior.
The 38ft long “Funbus” boasts a master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, overhead storage and a huge mirror.
Inside the bedroom area, guests can also find a sink and roomy wardrobes.
Tucked away next door is a small bathroom that includes every feature a guest may need.
A sink is placed in front of a toilet, and a spacious shower with seating facilities is also available within the RV.
Double beds made up of a fold out sofa bed and a dining bench that converts to a sleeping area means that the motorhome can welcome at least six guests.
With two slide outs, the living area is incredibly spacious in the luxury caravan.
It has a leather double sofa reclining chair complete with a foot stool for ultimate comfort.
There is also a TV, DVD player, and electric fire – perfect for cosying up during winter nights.
The RV boasts a full kitchen that comes with a water filter and a double door American style fridge and freezer.
Externally there is an electric awning, lighting, a built in entertainment system, a separate external shower head facility and plenty of storage space.
The RV even has its own solar power plus generator, so guests don’t need to worry about having their electricity supply disrupted.
Also on board the caravan is a fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector.
The “Funbus” is available for hire on Camplify from £250 per day.
“This vehicle was built to be a full time home away from home and does not disappoint. Prepare for a treat!!” Jonathan wrote under his advert.
But there are certain rules that those who want to stay in the glam RV must comply by.
“Although there is a minimum 3 night stay, we will consider shorter stays. They will be charged at a higher price however,” he wrote.
“Hirer must be 29 years of age or older,” he added.
Travellers who have had the opportunity to stay in the “Funbus” have left a series of glowing reviews.
One said: “We had a fabulous 4 day break in the Fun bus ! The RV was exactly how it was portrayed in the script and even better than in the photographs.
“I will be recommending the Fun Bus to all my friends and will definitely be using it again at the earliest opportunity. 5 Stars from me !!”
Another added: “Best van we have stayed in. Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay.”
A third chimed in: “This camper made our trip. The living area and fridge was brilliant evening entertainment. The hot shower and sleeping arrangements have set a camping benchmark from now on”.
But this isn’t the only luxury caravan available on the market.
A unique “super-caravan” with a built-in nono-tech cinema and wine cooler is worth a staggering £500,000 and was modelled after a luxury yacht.
The 30ft Caravisio Caravan sleeps two lucky owners and looks like a futuristic pod taken straight from a sci-fi movie.
