Cheapest Echo speaker less than £5 as Amazon launches early Black Friday deals
THERE is no better time than now to add Alexa to your home, as Amazon has dropped the price of the Echo Flex by 80%.
Shoppers are rushing to buy the cheapest Echo speaker for just £4.99 instead of £24.99.

While this isn’t officially a Black Friday deal – Amazon has yet to launch its sale – the discount is far too good to pass up if you’ve been looking to add Alexa to more rooms.
It’s Amazon’s most affordable Alexa-powered smart speaker.
You don’t get speakers as good as the ones in the Echo Dot or Echo Pop – the Flex isn’t intended for music playback – you can still use it to operate Amazon’s trusty voice assistant.
You can utilize the Flex to set timers, make shopping list, and check the weather and traffic on your way out so you know whether or not you’ll need an umbrella.
It can also be synced with other smart devices like other speakers, lightbulbs and thermostats – it’s a surprisingly versatile little device.
If you have smart features in your home, you can still use the Flex to turn on lights, adjust the temperature and lock doors as long as they’re compatible devices.
