I used to have mice real bad before my $6 Walmart solution, it’s the only thing you need and I promise you it works
EVEN entrepreneurs get mice in their houses, but this guy thinks he may have come up with a solution.
Nobody wants a rodent infestation so he had to think quickly to get rid of the critters.
So he marched to his nearest Walmart for his $6 problem fixer.
He said it was the only thing you needed and promised it would work.
But it wasn’t what you would ordinarily describe as a pest deterrent.
Kentucky man Ceith Griffith’s (@ceithgriffith) idea did not include a trap or poisons.
He is an entrepreneur and loves to share his “tricks and tips” on his TikTok to his 1.6 million followers.
In this post, his attention was squarely on his unwanted visitors.
“If you want to get rid of mice out of your house, you only need one thing,” he pledged.
“Just go to Walmart, get yourself some dryer sheets.” That was all, nothing else.
The strong smell of them is said to discourage mice from your home.
All he had to do next was put them into position and wait.
“Put the dryer sheets underneath your cabinets, put behind your washer, behind your dryer, behind your refrigerator, and your couches.
“And I promise you that those dryer sheets will keep those mice miles away.”
These days, his cat does the job of keeping the critters away. But, in the place of a cat, use this, he said.
“I used to do this all the time before I got a cat.
“So therefore just use dryer sheets and you will never have to worry about mice again.”
A word of caution for Ceith’s idea: make sure to remove them once the smell wears off. Nothing looks nicer for a nest than an unscented dryer sheet.
But pest experts Perma Kill, said it wouldn’t fix the problem for ever.
They said: “Although dryer sheets can keep mice away for some time, dryer sheets should not be used as a long-term solution to prevent mice from entering a home.
“House mice are adaptable creatures; it will only take a few days for them to get used to the smell of dryer sheets.”
But there was at least one happy customer: “I’ve been after a ninja one for a month. This worked. Thank you.”
