I’m A Celeb fans spot ‘clue’ producers have waded into Fred and Nella Rose’s furious row
I’M A Celebrity fans suspect producers were forced to get involved after a huge fight broke out between Fred Sirieix and Nella Rose.
The First Dates star and influencer went head-to-head after Fred suffered from a slight slip of the tongue.
Nella was furious with Fred after he joked that he was “old enough to be her dad”.
She was offended by the comment as she had bravely opened up about her dad passing away recently.
However, not long after their bust up, where Nella told Fred that she “didn’t want to talk to him”, they’d become pals again.
“Has Nella been ‘advised’ that her nasty act has damaged her name? Have the producers warned her about the public hating her bullying and stupidity towards Fred? Horrible vile woman!” one fan wrote on X.
“Though it does look like the producers have had a little chat with Nella because she’s suddenly best Pals with Fred after she said she doesn’t give 2nd chances & wouldn’t basically give him the time of day. So who knows!” another added.
A third shared a photo of two cats cuddling with the caption: “Fred and Nella now”
The row broke out after Fred joked that he was “old enough to be Nella’s dad”.
He made the comment to convey he was a lot older than her, as they were talking about poor eyesight.
The celebs were by the campfire discussing their ages and Fred told Nella he was 51-years-old, which he said made him “old enough to be her dad”.
“I’m not 26 anymore, am I? I could be your dad,” the First Dates star said, whilst preparing their dinner.
To which she replied: “No my dad was way older than you.”
It was later revealed Nella took offense to this comment, despite the fact it was meant with no ill will.
She said nothing at the time, but instead woke up the next day fuming with Fred.
The French native attempted to keep up the camp morale, and tried to offer rice to Nella but she ignored him.
She was then seen explaining in the Bush Telegraph: “Last night after dinner Fred made a comment about him basically how he could be my dad.
“I took offence to that because one of the first conversations we had together was me opening up about the fact that my dad’s passed away.
“I didn’t say anything about it last night because I was kind of just annoyed about it.”
She added: “So I slept on it and I kind of thought about it and I was just like, this is not the kind of person I want to be around.”
The show cut back to the action in camp as Fred tried to call out to the content creator, only for her to blank him again.
After he approached her, she brutally asked him to give her space and leave her alone.
Fred wanted answers and asked: “What have I done to you?”
She then went onto explain the supposedly insensitive comments he made and how it upset her.
Nella explained: “So yesterday, when I wanted to burn fat that you were going to throw away anyways, it’s not even something that we needed to survive in camp.
“You turned around to me, with an attitude and said, ‘You know I could be your dad, right?’
“To me, I don’t care how you said it to me, it’s disrespectful and I don’t want to talk to you.
“I don’t want to be around you. I only allow people to disrespect me once. You hurt my feelings. I was very upset… you keep trying to speak to me when I don’t want to speak to you.
She added: “I would rather stay away from you, I don’t want to eat your food, I don’t want to talk to you. We can just live, you live on that side, I live on this side.”
An apologetic Fred was keen to make things right after he realised his previous blunder.
He replied: “I am so sorry. Can I just say? First of all, I am sorry I’ve offended you. I am unaware that you felt offended.
“I am unaware that what I said would lead to this conversation, I only said that in a way because I am older than you, I am 51 and you’re 26.”
Nella then exploded as she exclaimed: “I’m not stupid, you’re not going to little girl me, you’re not.”
“Nella, it wasn’t like that at all,” Fred interjected. “Either I made a mistake and I said something and I offended you, I’m really sorry. I’m really sorry you feel like this.”
The social media personality said she accepted his apology, but it appeared she didn’t.
She explained: “In order for us to live in this camp together, I don’t want to eat no food that you’re cooking, don’t talk to me, you stay over there, I stay over here and we can live.
“I’m good. Yeah. You stay over there. Look at your face, you’re smiling.”
However Fred was soon left enquiring why she didn’t confront the issue straight away.
The polite maître d’ went on: “If I made a faux pas, unwillingly, unconsciously, I am very sorry. But this was all it was. That’s all it was.”
He added: “If you want to take it to the nth degree and not speak to me anymore, it’s your choice.”
But in return, Nella gave him a stern warning as she fumed: “You only get one chance to disrespect me. I accept your apology but let’s not be friends. How about that?”
However, the YouTuber and Fred were forced to make up after they had to do a challenge together called Slam Dunk’d.
Nella volunteered to do the task and Fred offered to join her – as a way to ease tensions.
“I’ll go, I’ll go with Nella. We’re going to go for the win,” he said.
In the Bush Telegraph Danielle said: “Fred and Nella have both volunteered to go out for the challenge today… I reckon this will bond them even closer.”
After the trial, Nella was full of compliments to her teammate.
“I didn’t know we had a Kobe Bryant here, a LeBron James,” said Nella as she reference famous basketball players while pointing at Fred.
She told him: “You’re the real Kobe Bryant. We were an absolutely great team, I think we smashed it.”
The influencer then had her second fight in 24 hours after turning on Nigel Farage.
She accused him of being “anti-immigrant” and said that Black people don’t like him.
The pair then had a row over his stand on Brexit and the booming population in the UK.
After their bickering, she did say that she likes Nigel as a person, but she didn’t agree with what he stood for.
