‘My lazy anti-aging tip costs $1 and is good in the bedroom too,’ Jackie Siegel gives first look inside new luxury home
HER majesty has arrived in Manhattan.
Jackie Siegel, known as the Queen of Versailles, now has a new palace in New York City.
And she isn’t just here to see a Broadway show – her life is about to be the show, starring none other than Kristin Chenoweth.
Originally from upstate New York, Jackie is returning to her roots with her posh new downtown penthouse, which she gave The U.S. Sun the exclusive first look at.
“We made an all-cash offer and bought the apartment sight unseen,” the billionaire’s wife and star of reality show The Queen Reigns Again said.
“I didn’t realize I was going to want to come back to New York.
“My eldest daughter had just graduated college and gotten her first job here so my husband said ‘let’s get her an apartment.'”
Jackie has seven children – Jonquil, 29, David, 23, Daniel, 22, Debbie, 21, Drew, 19, and 16-year-old twins, Jordan and Jacqueline.
The mom of eight tragically lost daughter Victoria, aged 18, to a drug overdose in 2015.
Jackie and husband David Siegel, the 88-year-old timeshare mogul, snapped up their three-bed penthouse as soon as it hit the market.
It features a gold-covered dining room, where she recently hosted 75 people, as well as artwork by Peter Max and Patrick Hughes.
Jackie was tight-lipped on the cost but a similar piece recently sold for $25,000.
Of course, being in central NYC, the apartment is not as expansive as Versailles, her main home in Orlando, Florida.
The $100 million mega mansion will be the biggest home in America when it is finished, and has been under construction for over 20 years.
Jackie told me she is working on adding an ice skating rink, spa, and even a regal ballroom to host beauty pageants.
In New York, Jackie plans to host themed parties for 200 to 300 people on her expansive terrace, which has a BBQ area and secret door.
“This is where I watch the sunrise, drink my coffee. It doesn’t get any better than this,” she said.
“It’s fit for a queen.”
Meanwhile, her “girly” pink master bedroom is Barbie-themed, stuffed full of feathers, furry blankets, a love sofa, and a sparkly chandelier.
“A little bling going on,” joked Jackie.
“I feel my house is an open house no rooms are off-limits,” she added, which was lucky for us.
“When we move to Versailles, my most private rooms will be my most visited rooms because everyone will want to see the closets and the master bedroom.”
She also thinks there’s no such thing as bad decor.
“I don’t think anything in a home is a tacky – I just like good energy homes that show off someone’s personality.”
In her spare bedroom, there’s an oversized Hollywood mirror where Jackie gets glammed up.
It’s also the perfect place for her to cover herself in her favorite thing – coconut oil.
“I’m kind of lazy when it comes to my skincare routine. I use coconut oil for cooking and I use it on my face,” she said.
“The lazy part about me is I feel like I can always get plastic surgery, so I just use coconut oil.
“And when I need it, I’ll do the plastic surgery – or laser.
“I do not like fillers but I love Botox. I just had Botox two weeks ago and one of my kids said ‘you look so much younger what did you do?’
“There are over 100 uses for coconut oil – you can cook with it, you can put it on your face – it’s good in the bedroom too. And they sell it at the grocery store.
“I am such a busy person, I try to do the most minimal exercise.
“But I walk at least half an hour at least three to four times a week, in the morning.
“I like to be on my phone so at least I’m getting something done at the same time – and I do yoga one to two times a week loyally.”
Jackie certainly has no time for the trolls who come after her sexy dress sense or call her a gold digger.
“All of my followers are real because my assistant goes through my social media and deletes all of the negative comments. Delete, delete, delete,” she explained.
“The trolls are so bad that I don’t even read my comments anymore. There are lovers and there are haters… it’s easy to be a troll when you’re anonymous.
“Some of these trolls aren’t working and being productive members of society.
“They are in a basement living off of grandma, surfing the internet and spreading negative energy.
“Saying bad things like ‘you should die’ and other mean stuff.
“They get on bandwagons together and say the horrible things they are going to do (to me), so I don’t want to read stuff like that.
“My followers are real people, good positive people, because the negative ones are gone.
“They support me. This new year I just want to keep rolling with the positive energy.”
In her closet, that’s organized by item, Jackie had a Christian Dior saddlebag, plus plenty of Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Philip Plein.
She claims to have less than 10,000 pairs of shoes, but it’s not far off.
“I don’t want to make Imelda Marcos jealous,” she joked, adding she donates her old shoes to a local thrift mart helping women in need.
A Louis Vuitton dress and Chanel jackets are among her favorite items of clothing.
She will soon be able to wear her boss lady blazers in her home office, which is still being decorated by her team of designers.
But there is one thing she is already excited to hang up – a photo of her with the queen in training, Kristin Chenoweth.
“I’m a small-town girl, I’m following the American dream and now Kristin Chenoweth is playing me in a Broadway show next summer,” Jackie said.
“I never anticipated having the largest home in America. Growing up I figured I could be an engineer or a secretary.
“I thought I would make $20,000-30,000 a year, and my goal was to have $100,000 house. That all changed when I got a taste of New York.”
Jackie is now launching her own coffee brand, grown on volcanic ash enriched soil, which she describes as “the caviar of coffees.”
“This coffee is going to be the richest, best-tasting coffee in the entire world,” she said.
“Starbucks is going to hate me, they are going to want to carry my coffee probably. It’s going to be even better.”
As for her NYC guests, they could include Priscilla Presley.
Victoria died having ingested fentanyl, and Jackie started a foundation in her honor called Victoria’s Voice.
It’s thanks to Jackie and her husband that the lifesaving nasal spray Narcan can now be administered over the counter without a prescription.
At her latest event in Miami, she honored her dear friend Priscilla, who’s the ex-wife of icon Elvis Presley.
Their only daughter, Lisa Marie, passed away in January aged 54.
“I am suffering from losing a child to drug overdose but Priscilla is really suffering,” she said.
“She lost her daughter, her grandson, and her husband to drug-related overdoses.
“I couldn’t think of anyone I am more in touch with right now to give this prestigious award to, and she was so glorious.”
