Celebrity Big Brother star unrecognisable six years after the show following Whitney Houston ‘love triangle’
BIG Brother star Stacy Francis looked very different years on from the hit show.
The 54-year-old took to Instagram to share a snap of her new blonde hair along with a heartfelt statement.
She looked worlds away from the star that once got into a heated row with Whitney Houston.
Stacy captioned the post: “In the tapestry of my life, I’ve woven threads of strength, resilience, and self-discovery.
“As a strong woman, I’ve faced the turbulent winds of mistakes and false accusations, emerging not broken, but forged in the fires of adversity.”
She added: “Through forgiveness, I reclaimed my power, refusing to let bitterness erode the foundation of who I am.
“It wasn’t about excusing wrongdoing; rather, it was a declaration that my spirit couldn’t be imprisoned by the misconceptions of others.”
After appearing on the US X Factor in 2011, Stacy went on to become an actress, singer and TV presenter.
In 2012, a mere two days prior to Whitney’s passing, there were reports of a conflict between Stacy and Whitney, allegedly stemming from a disagreement over Ray J.
Whitney and Ray J were rumoured to be dating up until the late star’s death and Whitney allegedly walked in on Stacy and Ray J chatting backstage.
There were claims that Whitney had consumed tequila and was seen gesturing and yelling at Stacy, provoking a response from the Celebrity Big Brother star.
Years later, when she appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2017, Stacy said: “Ray J threw me under the bus. When people in America tried to make me out to be something I wasn’t, he never stood up for me. I want to know why he never said anything.
“When Whitney Houston’s sister Pat went on the Oprah show and said I was stalking Whitney Houston in the club, I was not, we were all standing there talking and having a good time, he knows that, he knows the events of the whole night.”
Stacey finished in 11th place on Celebrity Big Brother and went on to work in London’s West End, performing onstage.
