I paid nearly $7,000 to see the Kardashian hair doctor & I’m sharing his tips for free, a $2 food makes your locks shine
BECAUSE the Kardashians have access to the best doctors in the world, many of us are eager to give them a visit ourselves.
One woman paid up for an appointment with their hair doctor – and she’s now spilling the secrets.
A TikToker who goes by @spoildalkaineforu often shares her “modern health wisdom,” as she writes in her bio.
Not a fan of gatekeeping, she revealed some of the tips she gleaned from a top doctor in a video.
“I paid $6,769 for a one-on-one with the Kardashian family trichologist,” she said, speaking of their hair and scalp doctor.
“Here’s everything I learned, for free.”
Tip number one: swap all bottled shampoos and conditioners for natural shampoo bars.
“He mentioned that almost nothing that’s chemically made and placed in a plastic bottle can be good for your hair when used every day.
“Getting shampoo bars made from aloe and green tea has changed my life.”
Still, because she has dandruff, he prescribed her Nizoral once a week to keep it under control.
At only $15, it’s an anti-dandruff product that’s worth the buy.
If you’re dealing with thinning hair, he recommended whole-food-based biotin, as it will help it grow thicker.
Similarly, for bald spots or falling follicles, he said the Batana Oil from Spoild, which is on sale for $37, is the way to go – and she saw results.
“Literally grew two inches in a month.”
And finally, there’s one $2 food you can incorporate into your diet if you want that shine.
“One avocado a day keeps the dull hair away. But really… the healthy fats are what give hair its shine. I’m obsessed.”
Viewers were appreciative of her tips.
“Thank you for sharing! On my hair care journey,” one wrote.
“Reading his books! They are life changing,” added another.
