I live in a tiny home – it means getting creative with space, our clever kitchen storage hacks make room for more stuff
TWO friends are living large in their tiny home, using creativity to make the most of their space.
One-half of the duo outlined features of the humble abode, including several storage hacks.
Casey and Savannah (@heywanderer) filmed the home in a video posted to TikTok.
“Here are four things in our tiny home that make our life a little easier,” she said.
First, she filmed a customized vertical drawer with shelves to make space for kitchen goods.
The besties also had a good solution for optimizing space for a cooking area.
“To make better use of the space, we opted to use a solo stove top instead of a full oven,” she said.
“This allows us to still have four burners while taking up way less space,” she added.
The kitchen in the tiny home clearly didn’t skimp out on baked goods, even removing a popular appliance in favor of making more space.
“We still needed a way to bake and roast, so we got this toaster oven that does a lot of different things,” she said.
“We also got to get rid of our separate air fryer because of this,” she added.
Making the most out of the space in the tiny home didn’t stop at appliances, cabinets, and drawers, the pair also utilized the ceiling.
“We store all of our baskets in the sky because when you’re living tiny, you have to go vertical,” she said.
She added that living in a tiny home requires some thinking outside the box.
“Living tiny means getting creative with your space,” she added.
The video drew in even more tiny home enthusiasts who shared their thoughts in the comment section.
“I like the vertical roll out storage for the kitchen as she first mentions,” one wrote.
