‘It’s like an actual day out’ Stacey Solomon says as she shares £4.50 tip to keep kids entertained all day… with no mess
STACEY SOLOMON has revealed a cheap and cheerful hack to keep the kids entertained for hours.
The Solomon family have been having a busy Easter break so far, with Stacey’s husband Joe Swash dressing up as a bunny for an epic Easter egg hunt and Stacey teaching her youngsters some baking skills.
Yesterday, Stacey revealed that she was having a “girly day” with her two youngest, daughters Rose two, and Belle, one.
To keep the tots entertained, Stacey decided to let them have a go at “bath painting”.
The Loose Women star took four bowls, and squirted some whipped cream in them.
She then used four different colours of food colouring to make the cream into “edible paint pots”.

Stacey recommended testing your food colouring first to make sure that it wipes away easily, and isn’t too strong.
She said that what her kids love most in the world is having a bath, so to make it fun, she got some paintbrushes and let the girls use the edible paint to make pictures on the side of the bath.
The Sort You Life Out host added that the mess is super easy to clean up, as you can just use the shower head to wash it off after you’ve finished.
Stacey set up a bath for the girls, adding in their favourite toys and a gorgeous pink bath bomb and said they stayed in there until the water got cold.
“It was like a proper day out”, she said.
As well as Rose and Belle, Stacey is also mum to Zachary, 16, Leighton, 11 and Rex, four.
Zachary and Leighton are from a previous relationship, whilst she shares Rex, Belle and Rose with husband Joe.
The family have been staying at their home Pickle Cottage over the Easter break and Stacey has been keeping the kids busy with lots of arts and crafts.
She has decorated her home with a stunning Easter display, and even jazzed up her daughters’ bedrooms with bits and bobs from her Asda homeware collection.
