Here's what's new at the Niagara County Fair this summer

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The Niagara County Fair is the largest youth fair in New York State. It's full of agriculture and many fair favorites.

This year, they're adding some changes to pair with their traditions.

"The fair is entering a bold new era while we remain deeply rooted in our agriculture and cultural heritage," said Justine Rogers, the Niagara County Fair director. "2025 marks the start of an exciting transformation."

Here's what's new at the Niagara County Fair this year:

• Niagara County Corn Fest with corn eating and corn husking contests
• "Meet the Legends" a Buffalo Bills Alumni Day with autographs and photos
• Beer tent now open Thursday, Friday and Saturday night
• Twenty additional vendors
• America's Largest Frying Pan Dedication Ceremony
• Several performances of Shakespeare in the Park
• New entertainment, including "Songbirds:" a Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band
• A Rustic Buffalo Village
• North Tonawanda City Market Pop Up & Buffalo Bills basket raffle
• 4-H Steam Day and 4-H Steam Bucket Challenge

They also added new branding, including the new slogan, "A Classic Fair at a Price that's Rare" and a new website where people can buy tickets online.

Presale tickets are now on sale for $10, tickets will be $12 once the fair begins. Thursday, they are offering buy one get one for rides and games, Sunday will be $7 per person or $20 a car load, and free entry for active duty military, first responders and veterans. Kids 6 & under are free.
