WATCH Jan. 6 ‘political prisoner’ performs pro-ICE stunt at Minnesota Capitol

The sympathies of government officials in Minnesota, from leftist Gov. Tim Walz on down, all have been with the anti-government interests who repeatedly have broken the law to obstruct, fight and derail the work of federal law enforcement pursuing the nation’s border and immigration laws.

There even was a “Prosecute ICE” slogan, in ice blocks, erected on property outside the statehouse.

To which Jake Lang, who online identifies himself as a “January 6 Political Prisoner,” objected.

So he kicked over some of the letters, to leave behind the message: “PRO ICE.”

“President Trump we support you, we support ICE. Our country was made for Americans not for Somalis,” he said.

Then the ice blocks fell.

“Pro-ICE baby. America first. America always,” he shouts.

The video shows him then walking away, but that wasn’t the end of the story. He later posted that he was being “arrested outside the Minnesota State Capitol for turning the ‘Prosecute ICE’ sign the Democrats erected into the wonderful ‘PRO ICE.'”

He said Minnesota authorities were accusing him of a felony for doing $6,000 damage to ice blocks.

That prompted one commenter to point out that perhaps charges also are needed against the sun, because those ice blocks were “going to melt anyway, right?”

The riots in Minnesota developed when there was evidence presented of billions of dollars in social welfare fraud in the Somali immigrant community there. Some of the frauds were as simple as announcing the creation of a daycare and billing the government millions, but never having any children show up and never providing any services.

The federal government’s investigation soon turned into a crackdown on immigration and border law scofflaws in the immigrant community, triggering violent obstruction and protests including the invasion and disruption of a Christian church service by agitators.

Two of those accused of obstructing ICE officers have been shot and killed, one for driving her vehicle at an officer and injuring him and the other under circumstances that remain under investigation.

Another commenter pointed out: “Each letter was worth $1,000? I need to learn how to carve ice…”
