Sabres adding Miller doesn't mean subtracting Ristolainen

Sabres general manager Jason Botterill disputes the speculation that adding defenseman Colin Miller in a trade with Vegas directly leads to Buffalo eventually subtracting another defenseman such as Rasmus Ristolainen
