Giants to shrink Oracle outfield a little, move bullpens

The San Francisco Giants confirmed that a long-speculated change to Oracle Park is coming next season: The bullpens in foul territory will move to behind the center-field fences. The change will make make the park less spacious, but still not exactly not hitter-friendly.
