No one can ever say James Daniels lacks personality. Teammates describe him as a quiet type. He isn’t the biggest talker in the world which might explain his lack of success at center vs. left guard. That said, the kid has character when he decides to show it. Apparently, with the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, he chose this week as a great time to do so.
One thing experts have informed people to be constantly vigilant about is washing their hands. The problem is some haven’t got a firm grasp on how to do that. So Daniels, upstanding citizen he is, took to TikTok with an instructional video including five steps on washing ones’ hands. The best part is though, he decided to have a little fun with it.
In doing so, he reminded Bears fans that he is just like all of them. He just happens to play football really well.
James Daniels truly is a kid at heart
For those who didn’t get the joke, those hand gestures come from an immensely popular animated series out of Japan called “Naruto.” Each set of hand gestures can unlock different powers be they fire, water, wind, cloning and so on. Clearly Daniels is a big fan, which just makes him all the more lovable. Don’t be fooled though. For 60 minutes on game day, he isn’t the type of guy one should mess with.
