Kocurek and Hardy: 49ers’ coach and pupil reconnect for ‘unfinished business’

In 2016, with the Lions, 49ers defensive line coach Kris Kocurek was a major reason why defensive end Kerry Hyder had a breakout season after dropping 35 pounds and switching positions. They’ve reconnected with the 49ers this season, hoping Hyder has similar success.
