Del Mar to Hand-Time Turf Races for Rest of Meet - BloodHorse

After some problems in the timing of Del Mar turf races linked to the Equibase GPS System, the track and Equibase announced Aug. 20 that races on the grass will be hand-timed for the rest of the meet.
