Heather Watson suffers early exit in first tournament of 2021 as she loses to Ekaterina Alexandrova

Watson was eliminated after a tough battle lasting more than two-and-a-half hours. The 28-year-old was competing in her first event of 2021 and had beaten fellow Jodie Burrage in the first round.
