Bernardo's agent in talks with Atletico Madrid and Barcelona as Man City seek £51m for midfielder

The player's agent Jorge Mendes has been contacted by Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. The Catalan giants were told by Manchester City they value Bernardo above 60 million euros (£51.5m).
