Tokyo Olympics: Athletes will be handed 160,000 condoms but organisers tell them they CAN'T use them

It has been a tradition to distribute condoms to raise awareness of HIV and AIDS since the Seoul Games in 1988 and the International Olympic Committee asked for this to be continued in Tokyo.
