Canes coach Rod Brind'Amour inks 3-year extension

The Carolina Hurricanes announced a three-year contract extension Thursday for head coach Rod Brind'Amour.

Brind'Amour, 50, has led the Hurricanes to the playoffs in each of his first three seasons.
