After deal with Phils collapses, Pirates send Tyler Anderson to M's

Left-handed starting pitcher Tyler Anderson, who appeared to be headed from the Pittsburgh Pirates to the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday, instead wound up getting dealt to the Seattle Mariners.
