Sky: Chelsea prepare new bid for Lukaku

Chelsea are expected to submit a new bid for Inter striker Romelu Lukaku and would reportedly be willing to pay €110m for the Belgian.

The former Manchester United player has been linked with a return to Stamford Bridge this summer, but the first offer from the Blues was rejected by the Nerazzurri.

Reports emerged that Chelsea were willing to pay between €120m and €130m to re-sign their former striker, but Sky Sports UK claims the Blues will return with an offer slightly below the reported figures.

The broadcaster reveals Chelsea are willing to part with €110m without the inclusion of any counterpart players the convince Inter of selling their leading goalscorer from 2020-21.

The report claims the two parties are still discussing other details of the agreement, such as the structure of a contract.

Lukaku’s proposed move back to the Londoners has fuelled irritation from the fans and the player’s agent sent out a message amid the speculation.
