Morocco climbs 9 places in FIFA world rankings

RABAT, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- Morocco has moved nine places up in the latest FIFA world ranking released on Thursday.

The North African country climbed up from the 41st position to the 32nd, after gaining 9 points to increase its points build-up from 1,479 to 1,488 points.

The Atlas Lions are now occupying the fourth position in the continental pecking order behind Senegal (21st), Tunisia (28th), and Algeria
