Official: Dumfries joins Inter

Inter have officially announced Denzel Dumfries’ arrival from PSV Eindhoven on a four-year deal.

The 25-year-old full-back arrives from the Eredivisie side for €12.5m plus €2.5m in bonuses.

The Dutch defender has been signed to replace Achraf Hakimi, who moved to Paris Saint-Germain this summer, after only one season with the Beneamata.

Dumfries, who impressed at the Euros with Holland this summer, scoring twice in four games, arrives after three seasons with PSV.

“FC Internazionale Milano can confirm the signing of Denzel Dumfries,” the club wrote in a statement.

“The 25-year-old Dutchman joins on a permanent deal from PSV and has signed a contract with Inter running through to June 30, 2025.”
